sr20 guide?

does anyone have a guide or tips on how to put a sr20det red top from an nissan pulsar gtir in to an k11? what kind of gear box do i need? how much shorter must the drive axels be? how much do i need to move the engine mounts? how is the wiring? do i need to modify the gear linkages? and in what way?
