CG 13 MASS Air flow sensor

My car has CG13 manual drive engine (1995 model), its gives idle error when put the AC on at idle mode RPM get down and engine off. My technician checked with Diagnostic tool and said it gives MASS air flow sensor fail. I want to know it can repair and what the different with CG10(Manual) throttle body and CG13 (manual)throttle body.

same throttlebody aruna, but i doubt if its the maf at fault tho, idle control valve maybe ?
