electric window problem?

hi folks have a problem with electric window I have had a look inside and what happen it is coming out of the runner it has a white like glue, which I think should be attached permantly to the glass is this the case as when the window gos down it leaves the glass totally thus not being able to go up cheers for any help

Use some silicone to glue it to the window. Also make sure the brackets are not bent. Should fix it.
