motty on the MSC might have some fitting info on his blog yiannos, the tacho signal wire is the blue one on the smaller dizzy plug

Check this link it has an attached document which is in Japanese but it shows which pins in the CG13 are used to install (keep in mind the JDM loom may be different to the AUS one). There is also fairly easy to understand instructions by the poster.
