fog lights wireing

hello my names jordan I have a 99 nissan micra it does not have fog lights so I bought some for it and I got home they dont work the fog ligh switch has just one turn and I know others have two also I have wireing standard in the car but I can only find the block for drivers side of the car does any one know where the other block is and why they wont work would rely like some help . thanks

They usually come on with high beam I am pretty aure

That didnt seem to work my uncle did I wire test and theres no power going to the cable I can only find one cable for it and not the other

om my 95 there's a relay in the steering column which controls the headlights. It nearly always burns out. I got a working one from the dump. Mine is a grey plastic box, about an inch thick and a bit smaller than a playing card. If you have one, take a look at it and see if there is burnt-out wiring in it.
