Fitting Wheels

Thu 24 Nov 2005 07:09:51 PM
I'm thinking of getting new wheels for my March but I'm not sure what to look for. All I know is 4x100. Is there anything important like offset(whatever that is) etc?? If I get bigger wheels do I have to lower the vehicle and what do I do with the speedometer, for it will say less than that actual speed?? Do I have to modify computer or???

make sure new wheels are around 38mm offset, 4*100 PCD. 15 inch with 195/50 or 195/45 tyres will fit fine.

I really like this calculator:

very useful, great for printouts too..
