Does anyone know the size of the large nut that is exposed when you remove the rim and that needs to be removed in order to remove the disc rotor/CV joint/s etc.

I want to buy a socket tomnorrow morning and don't know what size it is. 2nd
Is Repco the best place to buy a replacement CV joint boot kit ?

then take off tie-rod end, push rotor forwards and driveshafts will be able to be removed without any further dismantling

You are a champ Rudy - the socket seems to be between a 29 and a 30 but it could be because of the shape of the socket as the 30mm is a bit loose but with the rattle gun it came off allright.
