moderators?

who are the moderators and where on the site to get in contact.

my PM email will not change no matter what i do. it's been useless for months. need to change it to ro1_design@hotmail.com if one of the mods are reading this.

are u entering your password in the verify password bit before submiting the change

yes over and over. it updates anything else i want except the email. i even changed avatar/pic.

dunno what's wrong with it.

is it something mods can get in and do?

Short answer is no. Site would need a fair degree of re-write to give more moderator control options.
Essentially all I can do is control posts and users.

i tried changing mine and no problem. this is what i did

1. logon to the website
2 click on my details
3 change desired email address
4 type in your password in the verify password box
5 then click update button

i just did a test several times few minutes ago...and no probs...

done mine a while back, no probs

mine stopped working for ages, i kept trying then magically one day it worked lol

yep they are the steps i do also.

pretty simple, but no go.

i'll try again now.



...nup no good. it even says it's all been updated. grrr

i log out...log back in....check my profile and it's back to the old address.
