Ask Brendan... lol

Took 5 weeks to get my stuff on a recommended 10days. The real issue was a complete lack of infromation.
They lost his 5 rims (still unsure if they have been found)
Had other issues with his other stuff.
Their tracking system didn't work and I only found out that they had my stuff in the depot because I emailed them.
To get any information out of them took 2-3 emails. When I asked about my package the first time they were under the impression it had not been sent. Useless.

Ben also had trouble with a shipment.

Never ever use E-go.... The rims that were lost have been returned to me... WTF returned to me after 5 weeks. They were meant to go to Melbourne you twits. Oh no sir they came from melbourne and were sent to you. Look here mate. I sent them to Melbourne here is my con note i got when i dropped them off here. I spoke with that chick over there. Why have they not been sent and now your telling me they have arrived ready for pick up. WTF....

Oh you will have to repay so they can be sent. BULLSHIT..... calls fair trading and now rims were resent to melbourne arrived 6 days later free of charge.
