Angry Headlghts/Hood?

hey i was looking in the micra picture thread and someone posted this pic up



im referring to the slant on the headlights. it looks like the hood has been extended around the headlight area and the headlights trimmed or something...
and i was wondering, is this photoshopped or a custom mod?
if its a mod, does anyone know where to get it?

to me it looks shopped.... but it looks absolutely wicked so i was just wondering....

It's called a bad boy bonnet, for memory I think low Micra is doing a bad boy on his don't quote me on that but maybe ask him!

It's metal tabs welded on the bonnet, then filled and painted to match.
A cheaper option could be to attach the 'eyelids' to the headlight section.
Or painting the headlight covers if you have a pair.

Tape can even work, a mate used race tape on his micra, put like seven layers to block the light, looks alright and found tape that was similar to the body colour.

idk about the taped headlights.... they dont look that good to me.... i think its because the badboy bonnet looks more jdm... and im a huge fan of jdm ;) each to their own though. the tape isnt that bad but not my cup of tea...

I was more the fan of the $2.80 price tag, over the welding, filling and respray needed.

I would love a badboy bonnet but cant say I can justify the cost

It's not that hard to get a bit of metal cut it, weild it, sand it then paint it lol

as markbognor would say "just say no to badboy bonnets"
