K13 is produced in several different factories to various spec levels. Australian & NZ K13 Micra come from Thailand.
Different countries have different expectations, hence CVT's in Japan, manual gearboxes available for Europe/Australia, small engines in India, bigger engines in Australia/NZ.
Parts may or may not be interchangeable, time will tell. Remember in the past there have been different wiring looms used in different assembly plants and/or for different models, e.g. N14 Australian assembled, N14 Japan assembled, N14 GTiR, or UK K13, Japan K13 (& Taiwan K13?)

I like the center console in the other country's versions and also the gps/dvd/cd player. Cruise control would be good but i can live without it.
