WALD BODY KITS |
Mon 30 Aug 2010 09:29:23 PM |
Hey guys. I am in the middle of talking with people that make the walk kits and looking at importing 3 whole kits to Aus. Will get prices on these kits tomorrow after i finish speaking with them. Who would be interested in the two kits that will be left over.

I'm extremely interested sikK11 and also with money at the ready. JesseStreeter.com.au has me quoted at likely $950 for the kit brand new with optional grille and mesh (series 1 model) but so far no ETA and no more cost info (its coming) I will compare but honestly freight across multiple people is much cheaper than me for myself.
Great idea man, I call dibs!!! |

I would also be very interested. I live in Brisbane, but work in NT, so if you get them into Darwin, I can move it to brisbane pretty easily.

Ok guys.
7k for 3 kits delivered to my door and 10k for 5 kits. The kits include the front bar rear bar and also the side skirts. Front grill is 280 bucks extra so i would think most would just cut their own grills down and make it the same at the kits. Or can order with it in there. They also have an additaional intake kit that is available in the kit its self. Not cheap but we knew it wouldnt be |

WOOT WOOT WOOT I got good news peeps......
Wald kits for sale 1700 each landed in Melbourne. We can buy as many as we want though has to be more then two. I will put it on hold for 3 weeks to see how much interest we get. That being said there are other style of kits on Import Monster that we can get also. If anyone wants link or pics of these kits let me know. Any other parts such as wings or exhausts and so on i am sure they will discount the shipping also on these items in the bulk buy. All items will be via sea freight and can take 6-8weeks and all will land in melbourne. |

ok so I have a potential ETA ( a couple months ) from JesseStreeter and this isn't a quote mind you just an estimate but apparantly $1250 for kit with optionals, $400 container space and I would pick mine up from brisbane when the crate lands. However the estimate explains that those are the "landed in brisbane" costs... Does anyone know if I will have any other fees or anything to pay for like customs or something?
In summing up, sikK11 your idea for 1700 landed sounds awesome and convenient for all us micra freaks here and on top of that, arrival much sooner than my method soooo... Any idea how much to get the kit moved from melbourne to my house in queensland? I'm so stoked about this haha cannot wait because its my own personal late Christmas present. |

not sure mate not even sure how it would be packed up. But it would be large so maybe 150-300 would be a safe guess. I am in Darwin so will have to get mine shipped up here as well.

Ok well as luck would have it Wald do a pre and after facelift kit so that should also not be a problem. Just need to know which one it is.

frank2 WROTE: " sikK11 WROTE: "Wouldnt they all fit all models??????" the only difference would be if they were shaped around the bottom of the headlamps eh (ie, facelift or pre-facelift)" I thought the body of the SLX got elongated somewhat and as such was wondering if the sideskirts would still fit... |

as far as i know it would fit.... But one of the other members should confirm this before you order anything to be safe. Though in saying that i am sure you would never have any problems selling anything to do with micras and bodykits

Its all through IM so basically anything they have on that site we should be able to get through a discounted rate in one big order. Just keep in mind its going to go in a container and be sea freighted. So that means the wait will be about 6-8 weeks.

OK then we need total numbers for the full kits and i need links for all other parts people want. I will send that list to IM and get the full price on shipping. Remember all parts are delivered to Melbourne. Sucks for me as i have to ship the kit the longest distance to get to me in Darwin but you get that.
Pierce 1x Wald Kit SikK11 1x wald Kit Muzza, Polarbear and Redk11 What have you guys decided. Rudy i need to know what you want mate. Micratech i can find out how much to ship to you just need your specific location. |
