Paint headlights

I just bought a pair of jap facelift headlights and I need some help on opening them to paint the inside frame.
Could someone help?

Might be easier to sell the ones you have and buy some that already have the frame painted inside. Seen some for sale on ebay a while back.

at this price i don't think so.. the ones i had before were a lot easier to open...
