valve retainers from JUN

Wed 14 Oct 2009 08:32:23 PM
guys..

saw this from website

http://www.perfectrun.jp/src/detail.php?pid=49009&pname=TITANIUM%20VALVE%20RETAINER&maker=JUN&maker_id=49&result_mode=qui&cbid=101&carid=101042_10110

I was just wondering what are the purposes for changing the retainers? any advantages?

at least 20kw... well not realy. its explained here:

http://www.junauto.co.jp/products/cylinderhead-part/valve-retainer/index.html?en.

from that i doubt changing them by them selves would do anything but the would be required on a heavyly worked na engine.

anyone please correct if im wrong

they,re just lighter than stock ones eh, so that valvebounce occurs at 10,100 rpm rather than 10,000
