engineer's certificate

when converting an auto to manual, do you need eng certificate here in victoria.

Best to check with an engineer with that one. You'll also have to let your insurance company know.

Never heard of that one before, we have done heaps of conversions auto/manual never needed a engineer cert but i am in NSW..
