Weight of K11 gearbox |

Trying to track down a quote for couriering gearbox from qld to nsw and I have no idea how much the K11 gearbox weights (roughly).
No luck with forum (uk and here) or google searchs Any help would be appreciated. |

I have a spare one at home thats not bolted up to the engine. Can weigh it sometime this week for you.
I remember lifting it into a ute when I got it, probably weighs between 20-30kg. |

Yeah i was thinking around the 30-40kg mark give or take.
Cheers mate, its funny they list all sorts of weights for k11s all over the web but not the gearbox on its own |

45 kg should be about right...

my pre98 1.0 g/box is 22kg,s, and i think the other cg box,s are about 1/3 more (so my guess would be 30-35)
