My Audio Project |
Wed 08 Oct 2008 12:13:42 AM |
Thought I'd put up some pictures of my audio project :D
I cut the center section out of the parcel shelf, and wrapped it in acoustic carpet. Then I made a speaker box for each of my 6.5" Alpine speakers. I have covered the boxes with carpet from the back of Micra rear seats, but will soon be re-doing it totally in the acoustic carpet to match the shelf, and so you don't see the speaker holes. I also plan to board off the base and sides at some point when finances allow (I'm skint!) I've found that the speakers sound best when pointed down, although I haven't a clue why. Tom |

tris WROTE: "wouldnt they fly into your face round corners...." Unless he sits up against the windscreen like a grandma, I doubt it. I do think hanging stuff there is annoying though ;) Nicely done with the boot install.. but what if you want to use the boot? :P Presumably you won't want to! ---dens |
