Wed 28 Nov 2007 10:47:43 PM
what do you guys use to clean it?

i read somewhere that certain cleaners can wreck the bond with the glue and the cardboard...

also the polyglaze interior cleaner i have says do not use on roof linings

mines gross, so what should i use?

good news. the headlinning in the micra is fibre glass not cardboard.
so to get it perfect. steam clean it. it comes up brand new.

to do this:

take the headlining out. for this undo everything attached to the roof.(visors, handles light in the middle rubber sills). then pull it forward about an inch, so the back comes out
of the metal/rubber strip at the back. then pull it out of the hatch. then you can steam clean it.
