Very nice. Looks like there's even less room in the engine bay than a micra!

That's what I was thinking, the engine bay is smaller than a micra!

Man, its screaming for some massive rims. That wouldnt kill your warranty would it? :(
Love the dials :D It looks so much like an Echo with the engine bay like that and the over shape... But its like 10x better than an Echo. (I have a hatred for Echos) :) |

Don't mind the size of the rims, just needs less air between the tyres and guards then would look sweet. Then might take out your spoiler lip on the next steep driveway!

Yeah fair call guys.. bahah..
The legs are almost due for rego again, 12 months comes around so damn quick. One thing I have learned from my car modification adventures is that slamming some massive rims on a car that was professionally engineered and tuned by a mob like Ralliart is a terrible move :) Probably the quickest way to kill the power and handling off. For purely for looks: Sure thing, some monstrous 18" VOLKs or something would look unbelievable. So would colour coding all of the black bodykit parts (fenders, skirts, front lip). |

We have extended our May 2 week holiday to 4 weeks as a massive double-check confirmation type thing. I don't know why, but my head thinks that if I spend a second month there and have a ball, while really trying to seriously picture the realities of living there, then I am prepared to move over. There is a fair bit at stake here in Canberra, but obviously, you can always get all of that stuff back later on. I definitely know that I need to live there for at least 12 months. Just focusing on this 1 month trip and really measure the true feelings the day we leave Japan to head back at the end of the trip.
A lot of stuff spinning around in my head lately, it will all work itself out soon. |

Why do you want to go live there anyways?

For a very different experience and primarily to learn new things. Life has been a bit boring lately just continuing on with the same old everything and working, paying the house off like the average Jo. That kind of stuff is going to be there for your whole life, but you are only young once.
It would only ever be for 1-2 years MAX I would say. I don't plan on staying there for my entire life. But it would be great to have experienced every day life there while young. Just broadens your horizons right up and gives you another totally different insight. I still appreciate the extremely good things and conditions of Australia and in reality I would always come back to live here. |

Never too old Cisco for sure. New country new job at 61 years of age.
Should be looking forward to retirement but the thought of that gives me shudders. 3 year contract with option to extend. Shite maybe I will come back when I am over 65 and buy a new turbo Micra off the Nissan showroom floor. Yes Hack up for sale along with a whole heap of spare parts thrown in. Want it to stay with a site member. |
