My immobiliser cut out when I put my new CD player in.
The speedo go's and the fuel gage. The CD player doesn’t get power ether! Help... IV put the old one back in and i went back the day after and everything works. Is there a trick to fit a new one |

dont connect the black wire from the original stereo wiring to the ground of the new stereo..
ground the new stereo seperately somewhere to the metal frame there.. give that a shot first |

Check the fuse in the back of the CD player. Its run in a circuit whereas if that fuse is blown, the ancillaries connected to the same circuit won't turn on either.

There's probably a wiring diagram for your particular vehicle on www.micra.org.uk i say this because you have the 98 facelift k11 which we do not have here in australia. Wiring is probably different to what we have.
So this forum resource may not be an awful lot of help! |
