I've sorted the July work roster - so all going well I should be there.

Only spanner in the works would be an unexpectedly fast completion of the motor build and the car is stuck in the garage. That's like saying I expect to win Lotto this Saturday!

Shite have just about finished unpacking will have my own desktop back on line Monday,glad to be in our own digs, wife starts work Monday me Tuesday. Both of us fronted up for the first jobs we applied for and at end of interview question was "when can you start?
Thousand of $ better off per year than the job in Tassie but shite cost of homes a lot more expensive.
Only unemployed over here are the ones that want to be.

Theres a couple carparks, 1 is just past the rail crossing and the other is further down Mews than Cicerellos. Very easy area to navigate as its really only 1 road there.

perhaps we should specifically meet at the carpark that is past all the eateries, by the ocean, or something. (around behind kalis, past maccas)..

Still no broadband.Awaiting the pleasure of Telstra but when you control all the copper lines? The job was booked in by my service provider and confirmed by Telstra last Monday was the day they would do whatever they have to do.Grrr!!! still waiting. I have heard from various people another name for W.A. is Wait Awhile. Too much happening and the joint is jumping. F.... I have had that many job offers I do not know which way to turn.Started work ( first job interview!) but I am sure the current job will not be the final one.

My experience is you'll have between zero and Buckley's chance of parking near Cicerellos anytime Sunday afternoon. Between the eateries here and Little Creatures the place wil be pumping. If we want to meet and park together then better in parking further down road towards boatyards?

Okay you guys decide where.Weather fine so guess there will be a crowd. Will go wherever you locals feel is the best place to initially hook up.

Thats what i was thinking NissanMania, If we get there early enough (4pm) hopefully we'll beat the dinner crowd to that end carpark. Failing that tho, we can park down by the boatyards. The carpark next to the train line crossing is usually pretty free. Just keep an eye out for a Micra, as i'll try to get there early find the best spot.

I feel lucky to have such cool people with Micras in Perth. :)

Took a short trip in the White Knight last night, and I was totally blown away at the power that sucks you back into the seat. Absolute power in an absolute car! :D

Sure there are more pics to come. I left my camera at home with the battery on charge. ( old age)Great to meet up with some of the Micra guys and gals in Perth.As usual all Micra drivers are nice people. Next time lets plan a cruise on a Sunday into the country, a nice lunch etc.
More than happy to take anyone for a spin in Whitey and if you are over 25 you can have a turn at the wheel.Next time Tom you have a spin in Whitey I will really crank it up.

it is a shame you didn't make it ti Hillarys, it would have been nice to meet up. I was there from 5.30 'til about 9 and you guys stood me up! Oh well shit happens, better luck next time

Gee sorry micrat.Plan was all meet at Freemantle and then maybe go to
Hillarys but most of us had other commitments and did not want a late night.As with all meets best to have a starting point and take it from there.
