Microsoft has made a new handy tool for windows - Picture resizing!!

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Download it, run the program and now when you right click on pictures you have the option of resizing them! Fantastic. :)
