Well Turtle sat for a few months before stripping parts out. The pic is what I discovered after cleaning up one of the coil overs. Eeks!

My mum was bitten a few years ago... = hospital 3 days.

Had quite a few close encounters but never bitten. My father inlaw (tough old school) was bitten last year and just took some panadol and had a lie down for a while!

Man,
When I read the topic title I expected to see someone pinned under a car with just their legs protruding.
Cool picture of the red back though, people overseas will be wondering of the big threat this little arthropod may pose, little do they know.

i 2nd this.

i was playing with my micra last night changing a light bulb and pushed it about half a meter away... im used to working on my heaver cars.

but i could see a micra crushing ya, so bloody light! hahaha :P
